Hello everybody,
I have a problem with the whoisonlineextradetails ext, until a few days ago it worked fine but now it doesn't work anymore and it displays all the users of the page index, has anyone had the same problem and solved it?

Haven't payed much attention to that phpBB extension for a few month, may be a good time for me to test if it works on the latest version of phpBB and PHP.

May i ask what version of phpBB, PHP and the extension you use?

PHP version: 7.4.33
Version in use: 3.3.2

But it always worked. It hasn't been working for at least a week

I haven't heard anybody mention the issue you have with the Who Is Online Extra Details extension(by the way i am the primary developer of that phpBB extension).

Here is something you may want to check out:
- Check Administrator log file to see if any changes was made around the time the phpBB extension stopped working
- Try to disable the extension, then clear the cache, then enable it again
- Check if any changes has been made to the forum. E.g. forum update, style update, extensions added etc. that may have influence on the extension
- Write back with error message you see(if any), screenshot of how the Who is online page look or/and a link to the forum(if it follow our linking rule)
- Check with your hosting provider, to see if they have made any changes around the time the extension stopped working
- Make sure you use the latest version of the Who Is Online Extra Details extension(some fixing has been made in later versions)

I disabled the last two extensions installed and deleted the cache, nothing to do.. the users are all in the forum index. I disabled deleted your extension from root and reinstalled again but still the same. One thing I noticed, on guests it works and I see which forum they are in, I think there is a bug on some internal file in the forum.

Just wanted to let you know i will look into it a bit more tomorrow. I think it may be a language issue.

One question, do you have the English language disabled on the forum?

I have tried to setup a test website on https://test.informedwebmaster.com/ with the latest version of phpBB 3.3.8, installed the Italian language and deleted the default British English language, and the Who Is Online Extra Details extension seems to work fine.

So i am having a hard time figuring out what has caused the issue you you see on your forum

I am writing from Italy and sorry for my translated English.
In the forum I have 2 languages installed, default Italian and English.
The problem still occurs even if I set the default language to English

English is my second language too, but it's not an issue, we just ask for details if their is something we don't understand
