Some of us have multiple blogs. I myself have a few. Mine where created as informational blogs related to the classes I was teaching via email. It can be quite challenging running multiple blogs especially when you want to earn an income from your blogs. Besides writing for my blogs there were/are other things going on around me. I tried printing out a calendar, penciling in blog post ideas for each day. Through what I had read about blogging it is best to establish a schedule (be it daily, every few days, weekly, monthly) that your readers can expect a new blog post. Even with this schedule and planning it is quite time consuming to keep on schedule.

...Out of the 30 or so blogs I’ve had over the years, only two of them worked out to any extent. But as you now know, ProBlogger and Digital Photography School grew from other blogs I’d started earlier. So another benefit of having multiple blogs is you get to try out different ideas and see which ones have potential and which ones will probably never work.

But while having multiple blogs can be beneficial, there are also some drawbacks...
