Below are the rules specific to the buy and sell websites section of our marketplace. The general marketplace rules and guidelines are also applicable to this section so be sure to read those also.

  WTS (Want to Sell) with your domain name for sale.
• [WTS] Theme
  WTS (Want to Sell) with the theme the website has.
• [WTB] Theme
  WTB (Want to Buy) is for those interested in buying a website that suites a specific theme.
• [WTT] Domain Name or Theme
  WTT (Want to Trade) if you are willing to trade something for a website.
• [Free] Domain Name or Theme
  Well this one is pretty clear. A website you would be willing to give away would have this prefix.

Offer
Include the following in your initial ad posting:

• Domain name or theme.
• Description of the site.
• Monthly revenue the site has.
• Monthly traffic stats.
• How old the website is.
• Specifics of what is and is not included.
• Price or starting price.
• What payment types you are willing to use.
• State if you plan to use an escrow service

Not Allowed

• Adult sites
• Illegal sites.
• Listings on 3rd party sites.
• Tracking urls.
• Live link to the site.

Note
If including the social media accounts with the sale of the website be prepared to prove that you have permission for the social media sites to include their account with the sale of the website.
