Do you have a customer relationship management (CRM) system set up for your business?
You do not have to be a large business to benefit from using a CRM system. I use to use Maximizer when it started out and I was in Sales.
As with anything computer related, good information in equals good information out so you do have to keep your CRM up to date - especially the who is the contact if doing business to business sales.
Which of the CRM systems have you looked at? What is your feedback on the ones you have actually looked at?
