We have had some some server issues, that had to be fixed. Therefor the website has been down for two days. I hope everything is fixed and the website will run perfectly for a long time now.

Around 10 days ago the server started to do some random reboots. I find out it's the Nvidia driver for the graphic card that is at fault, so i think it could either be that the driver was no longer compatible with Windows Server 2019 or some components need replacements. Since that their had not been any issues with the driver earlier, i decide to take a look at the graphic card. I find one electrolytic capacitor that needs replacement, and i replace it, and test a few others but there don't seem to be any issues with them, so i put the graphic card back in the computer. The computer then runs fine for two days and start to do random reboots again.
This time i then measure the the voltage from the PSU with an oscilloscope, and find the ripple voltage is 240mV+ which is not so good. So i take the PSU apart, and replace around 10 of the electrolytic capacitors. After that it does look like their is no issues any longer, but it has only been running for close to two days now. But i do hope that that did the trick

PSU is power supply unit, the computers power supply(but i guess you know that). An oscilloscope is a device to measure waveforms, the oscilloscope i have is a Voltcraft DSO-1102D.
By using an oscilloscope, it's easy to see for example if the ripple voltage is a bit high, and that would indicate that it's time to replace some electrolytic capacitors in the PSU.

I did follow the link and got as far as the first image, and only went a little further because there was a picture of the original Charlies Angles in the right margin. Then came the formulae, soon followed by my swift, but stealthy exit from the page!

That's a nice hobby to. and there i would probably be the confused one I have played a bit of mini-golf, but i don't think we have the big areas for real golf as you do in Canada.

It can be a rewarding, and a very frustrating game to play - all in one outing. I look at it as good exercise and fresh air. I've dropped about 10 pounds over the summer, mostly due to walking the course. This fall I have to join the local gym to try and keep it off!
