San Diego, California-based Digital Point describes itself as the "largest webmaster community in the world," bringing together freelancers, marketers, coders, and other creative professionals.
On July 1, the WebsitePlanet research team and cybersecurity researcher Jeremiah Fowler uncovered an unsecured Elasticsearch database containing over 62 million records. In total, data belonging to 863,412 Digital Point users was included in the leak.

I always use strong unique passwords on the internet, so i am not worried either. I also have an user account on DP.

I wasn't always smart enough to make them strong but for the last 20 years they are all different.
Then about 10 years ago somewhere online I found one of my usernames and a very old and real password posted. Some one had cracked something somewhere. There after I got a bit more serious about the strong and unique part.

I think most of us get a bit more wise when we get older. I have probably not been using safe passwords everywhere when i was younger, but i always used strong unique passwords when i believe i needed to. But the later 10+ years i have made it a rule for my self to only use strong unique passwords on the Internet. I usually only use the internet with my home desktop computer, and the web browser can remember the passwords, so that make life a bit easier, so it's not like i need to remember all those passwords
