I'm not sure i understand your question. Why wouldn't you rank your WordPress based website? Most people like to get organic traffic to their website ;)

Creating some decent quality content that your users want to read and link to, is usually a good place to start.

WordPress probably have some plug-ins you can use to make your website more user/search engine friendly.

Making use of social media to get some users to your website may also be a good idea.

If you have a more specific question, i will gladly try to help out with an answer :)

Well, you should make sure your website stays within the AdSense Program policies.

It looks like most of the time, if a Google AdSense account is disabled, it's final:
Can my account be reinstated after being disabled for policy reasons?

As you may know, Google takes issues regarding program policy compliance very seriously. Our Program policies are in place to help ensure a positive experience for our publishers, their site visitors, and our advertisers. As such, our decisions are typically final.

If you feel that this decision was made in error, and if you can maintain in good faith that the policy violations accrued were not due to the actions or negligence of you or those for whom you are responsible, you may appeal the disabling of your account. To do so, please contact us only through our account disabled appeal form.

We will review your request as soon as one of our specialists is available. However, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to disable an account for violations of Program policies, and there is no guarantee that your account will be reinstated.

Please note that due to the volume of appeals we receive, you must leave 90 days between appeals. Any appeal submitted within a 90 day period of the resolution of another appeal will not be reviewed. Consequently you should take care to ensure that your account is free of policy violations before you submit your appeal.

If your account was disabled for invalid activity, please visit our disabled account FAQ.

As you can see, there is a "account disabled appeal form" link in the quote you may want to try.

From a mobile friendly point-of-view, you'll probably need to look for a responsive theme for your website. But if you're a decent coder, maybe you can do it yourself, and if you run in to issues along the way, you could post a question in our Web Development section.

Here is a nice article with some of the popular user/search engine plug-ins for WordPress: The Best WordPress SEO Plugins (and Must-Have SEO Tools for 2022).

I have been using AdSense service for my site for the past three to four years and have never had any issues.

I have already appealed and am waiting for their reply

Can I resubmit my site for an AdSense account in the mean time?

Until there is no response from AdSense

Re-applying for an AdSense account won't help, you need to wait for an answer from the Google AdSense team. They are the only ones who can enable your AdSense account.

[Added]But in the meantime you should probably make sure your website respect the AdSense Program policies.[/Added]
